Pricing notices
- All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.
- Heavier pet hair, staining, excess sand, biohazards, or severe neglect may require additional time and a revised quote.
- Larger SUVs, trucks, extended-cab vehicles, and third-row vehicles may be priced above the listed starting point for their vehicle category.
- Final package pricing is confirmed during booking confirmation - not at the time of the online request.
Rescheduling policy
- Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
- When a rescheduling is necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible using the information you provided to arrange a new appointment time.
- We appreciate your flexibility and will make every effort to accommodate a date that works for you.
Appointment confirmations
- Submitting a booking request online does not guarantee an appointment slot. Appointment timing is confirmed directly by the business.
- You will receive a follow-up by call, text, or email to confirm the appointment, scope, and final pricing.
Customer responsibilities
- Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and that the service area is reasonably safe and clear at the time of the appointment.
- Disclose any conditions that may affect service time or pricing (heavy soil, pet hair, prior damage, biohazards, or other known issues) when booking.
